Stuchbury Associates was formed in January 2006 to develop and market bespoke FileMaker Pro database applications to the small and growing business. Our Managing Director, Dan Stuchbury, has been in the IT industry for nine years, beginning his career at a company who, through a series of acqusitions, are now part of Virgin Media. After leaving what was at the time, NTL, Dan worked with a niche business development company as Operations Director, responsible for amongst other things, customer relations. A key element of this role was sourcing a CRM package to replace the existing, out-dated system, with a brief of flexibility and scaleability. It was this brief that direted him to FileMaker Pro, and developing a bespoke solution that would be guaranteed to fit the requirements of the business.
The result of a few weeks development and testing, was Knowledge Base CRM. Dan continued live development of Knowledge Base CRM, as well as deploying it for several clients in the creative sector, until December 2005, when he left to form Stuchbury Associates, initially returning to the IT Support sector, then re-focussing on FileMaker development in mid-2006.

Dan Stuchbury is our Lead Developer, Project Manager, Account Director, Lead Designer, Entrepreneur and Managing Director.
At 25 years old, Dan is one of the youngest BlackStar Life Members of the Ecademy business network.
Dan is lifelong armchair supporter of Bristol City FC, and suggests that “there is only one team in Bristol, and they play in red”.
